Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the HARTHMOUNI website and your use of our digital services and payment-related services. By accessing the website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Services and engagement We provide digital services according to the written scope, proposal, order, or service agreement accepted by the client. The applicable deliverables, milestones, fees, taxes, payment schedule, and estimated timeline will be confirmed before work begins. Any material change must be agreed in writing.
2. Client responsibilities You must provide accurate information, lawful content, timely feedback, and the access or materials reasonably required to deliver the service. You are responsible for ensuring that material supplied by you does not infringe third-party rights and that you have authority to use it. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect delivery dates.
3. Payments Fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Payment processing may be performed by authorized third-party providers and may be subject to their terms, verification, limits, or fees. We may pause work or access where an amount is overdue or a transaction is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.
4. Intellectual property Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the engagement. Subject to full payment, the client receives the rights expressly granted in the applicable agreement for the final deliverables. Our tools, methods, templates, reusable components, and know-how remain ours unless agreed otherwise.
5. Acceptable use and liability You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, violate law, or interfere with another user's access. We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
6. Termination and updates Either party may end a service engagement according to the applicable agreement. Amounts due for work completed and approved non-cancellable expenses remain payable. We may update these terms by publishing a new version. Questions should be sent to info@harith.money.
These terms are general commercial terms and do not replace a signed project or payment agreement where one exists. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
